Team
Ivan's professional life started as a civil engineer and switched to the asset management industry after completing post graduate business studies. In 2003, he founded a tax administration consultancy that would ultimately become the InnDX of today. He has 20 years’ experience in institutional investment operations. If he looks old, it’s because he has 4 daughters.

Martin is a founding member of Innovise DX. With 15 years’ experience in the industry, he leads with confidence and integrity. When not solving technical issues, he can be found braaiing, hunting or cycling. Or some combination of all three.

Omer is a CA(SA) with many years’ experience in the financial sector. He’s gained expertise in institutional fund administration, taxation of long-term insurers & risk management. He is a driven project manager with a single-minded focus to meet deliverables. He overachieves both indoors and outdoors, spending his free time expelling all leftover energy mountain biking and hiking.

Faith has spent over a decade gaining experience at well-respected tax and financial institutions like SARS and JP Morgan. Faith has been applying her knowledge and skills at Innovise for 2 years now, focusing on new business development. After hours, Faith goes from tax turnovers to turning tables as a Disc Jockey.

After completing his articles, Francois spent years working as an equity analyst in the fund management industry before joining Innovise 3 years ago. When not conquering tax and finance demons, he indulges in Geopolitics. He braais with charcoal in summer and wood in winter.

Shurane has spent the best part of a decade in financial services. After gaining experience in tax compliance and submissions for individuals, she joined the team in 2016 and is now responsible for daily tax reporting to institutional clients and fund pricing & -accounting.
She is an avid runner and enjoys fuelling one hobby with another: cooking.

In 2017, after 8 years spent doing development and automation in the microseismic monitoring industry, Hendrik moved to Innovise and never looked back. In his free time he enjoys camping, an intense squash session, good food, good wine and travelling. Unlike Daniel, Hendrik only braais with charcoal out of desperation.

Our Business Analyst Heinrich specialised in Investment Management and his knowledge and experience make him an asset to our team. He loves all things tech and spends his downtime in the water and on the greens with good food and wine in close proximity.

Daniel is a tax expert with 8 years of experience. In his free time he enjoys competitive gaming, learning of advances made in science, engineering and biology and laughing coyly at cameras. Controversially, he prefers braaiing with charcoal to wood, as it allows for more control.

Chantel fearlessly (or perhaps unwittingly!) stepped into the fund accounting world straight out of university, almost 20 years ago. She has stayed with the team, first at TASC, which became JPMorgan and finally Curo, before being merged into the InnDX team in 2017. When she’s not performing reconciliations or attending to client queries, you’ll find her baking, crafting or reading.

After completing her studies in Bcom Accounting, newcomer Zizi gained experience doing Administration and Bookkeeping before joining the Innovise team. When she's not crunching numbers, Zizi enjoys The Arts, Psychology and shows a keen interest in Counselling. As a braaiing novice, albeit an enthusiastic one, she opts for charcoal. For now.

Pamela is our Tax Analyst extraordinaire. She comes armed with degrees from NMU and has been mastering the world of finance since her days at Curo Fund Services. When she’s not untangling tax codes in the office, you can find her cooking up a storm or giving people a run for their money (literally!)

Karen joined Innovise in 2017 with over 26 years’ experience working for industry giants like Curo Fund Services, JP Morgan, Old Mutual, Alexander Forbes and Merrill Lynch in London. She spends her free time flipping properties, reading, swimming or cry-laughing through a good Trevor Noah comedy special.

Matt has spent most of his career in the 3rd party administration sector and has been with Innovise for 4 years. He enjoys being active, opting for running, cricket and or golf in his spare time. When asked about braaiing, he is quick to shun charcoal as unpatriotic, praising wood as the one true method.

Natalie Henn is our experienced Senior Financial Accountant. With over 10 years in the finance industry, Natalie is a Registered Tax Practitioner and a Member of SAIT, her passion for accounting and tax is evident in her work. With a degree in BCom Accounting Science already under her belt, she is currently pursuing her ACCA Honours Degree through ACCA Global UK. An avid dog lover, she spends her time outside of work assisting at her local rescue shelter and listening to good music.

Peter Jack completed his honours in economics at Stellenbosch University. A jack-of-all-trades, PJ is our Business Analyst with a keen interest in international trade, competition policy, and technology. When he’s not innovating the business environment with his open-mind and analytical skills, you can find him taking every opportunity to catch up with friends. An avid sportsman, PJ is passionate about water polo, surfing, playing golf, and watching every Springbok game he can.
